Disgusted Landlord

I have many photos of the damages these tenants did to my property, I only posted a few of them here, I am hoping that this site will help landlords, so they do not have to go through what I have been through, keywords, bad tenants, vandals, squatters, non paying tenants, lousy justice system, background checks do nothing if police never write reports, landlords only have costly and time consuming options to collect for damages.

Many people tell me they would not be a landlord because of reasons like this, would you want to be a landlord, if your property was, like mine, not protected by law.

Final update concerning trying to evict vandals

on sept-14-2010, I, went to court, only to find the case had been dismissed, on sept-2-2010, by judge, dismissed for failure to comply with florida statutes as represented in administrative order c-96-38. , UPDATE ON NOV-22-2010: This case was dismissed more than once because it was not properly filed... THE HOME OWNER found out the squatting vandals had a major criminal history, and already owed on other court judgements, and that by going thru the long lenghtly costly process of taking the the vandals to court without it being thrown out due to filing policies, that is was easier, to pray the government changes their legal policies to protect home owners from vandals and squatters... The home owner went over two thousand dollars into debt to repair this home, and will only see restitution when those thugs stand before GOD ALMIGHTY... but I will post their names here, so other landlords, will know who not to rent to... GRACE JESSELLI a forclosure attorney's secretary and her career criminal boyfriend PHILIP or PHILLIP HOULE...!

Hotels are protected by Law

If you are a HOTEL OWNER, the law will treat you as a business, and not let the tenant destroy your property or squat after check out time, or be disrespectful to the owner of the property, yet if you invest, as a home owner, and rent out your property, as a rental income, they do not respect, the owner's rules or rights, nor do they care if the teanant destroys the property, you are forced to wait until their procees and pay a small fortune to remove the vandal and could end up like me, where the evidence is never even seen by a judge, because he could dismiss the case before it ever goes to court... UNFAIR and UNJUST PRACTICES IN AMERIA...! note, do not buy a rental or investment property unless it is a hotel, a home owner has no rights to protect their property because of the LAW...!
